Q. How to purchase items on this website?
A: Please refer to the 'How To Order' link embed at the bottom of this page


Q. How long can we reserve the order(s) made?
A: Orders placed without payment are only valid for 24 hours. If no payment is made within that period, your order will be automatically cancelled without prior notice.


Q. What are the payment methods available?
A: We offer a number of options to ease your payment processes. The list is as shown below:

1. Billplz Payment FPX (transfer via online banking)
2. Manual Bank Transfer (payment via ATM/Cash Deposit/Invoice/Cheque)*
3. Boutique Pick-Up (payment at the boutique)*

*payment must be done within a time limit

After you made the payment, please send us the payment details via Receipt Upload at the bottom of this page (please refer to How To Order link also at the bottom of this page if you requires a how-to tutorial)

Note: Your purchased products will not be processed until we have this confirmation.


Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?
A: Log-in to your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address from there.


Q. I forgot the password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?
A: Kindly read the following instructions:

  1. Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.
  2. Click Submit.
  3. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.


Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
A: Yes,  only IF the order is still on pending status.
- Please send an email to our customers service email at [email protected] with the message title “Request to cancel order; (Your Order No)” in order to request for cancellation
- Orders that are in 'To Ship' or 'Completed' will not be cancelled.

Q. Can I view the price in other currency?
A: Yes, you can. Easily tap on the 'MYR' tab on the top-right and the dropdown menu will display a number of currencies options.


Q. How long does the delivery usually takes? And using what courier?
A: Delivery will usually takes about 1 to 3 working days. The estimated duration might however fluctuate in peak seasons. As of the time this FAQ is updated (2020), we primarily use ABX Express services to get your package delivered. We might use Poslaju at times (without prior notice) when ABX Express is not available or in the case where ABX Express does not cover your area.
